After four short years Penrith Marine has been named Stacer 2012 National Dealer of the Year, at the annual Stacer dealer conference held on the Gold Coast early last week.
When the award was announced Penrith Marine Dealer Principal Alex Dunlop was lost for words. Alex was extremely grateful for the award thanking his staff, in particular Penrith Marines Sales Manager Josh Smith and Stacer for all their improvements.
When asked what makes Penrith Marine so successful Alex replied “We provide excellent customer service and we do what we say we are going to do. We offer value for money; we are not greedy.”
Alex is correct, Penrith Marine is indeed known for their great customer service. One customer even saying he has been in business for 20 years and he has never seen anything like the level of service Penrith Marine are happy to offer to every customers.
Stacer National Account Manager Drew Jackson comments on the Penrith Marine performance. “Penrith Marine are a real success story since they took on Stacer in 2009 they have come a long way to now winning the ultimate Stacer acylation”
“Stacer hears nothing but great things from customers about Penrith Marine this is great to see, they truly deserving of the 2012 Dealer of the Year Award” Drew says.
When asked how Penrith Marine delivers such a high level of customer service Alex said it seems to “come naturally” as he fills his dealership with good people.
This is not the first time Penrith Marine has been commended on their great performance; Penrith Marine took out New South Wales Dealer of the Year in 2011 and received the 2010 Stacer Service Award.
Penrith Marine continues to impress offering quality packages, great service and friendly staff. Advertising on Sydney Radio and in NSW Fishing Monthly has also attracted a lot of traffic to the dealership as well as attending regular shows in their local area.
Penrith Marine looks forward to strengthening their dealership this year; hopefully expanding their premises to capitalise on main road frontage and providing greater training opportunities for their staff.
