Renmark Bikes and Boats celebrate five time win Stacer dealer of the year

Renmark Bikes and Boats or more commonly known as ‘the big boys toy shop’ have been awarded South Australian/ Northern Territory Stacer dealer of the year award this year for the fifth time.

Stacer National Accounts Manager Drew Jackson has commended the dealership on their outstanding work which has allowed them take out this award in 2003, 2006, 2008, 2009 and now in 2010.

“The Stacer dealer of the year award assesses dealers on criteria such as their dealership presentation, sales staff, customer service and marketing activities to promote the Stacer brand. All criteria in which Renmark have continually improved.”

Renmark Bikes and Boats are actively involved in their local community; by sponsoring a leg of the Riverland’s Dingy Derby. The Renmark Bikes and Boats leg of the Dinghy Derby races on the Murray River, on the first Sunday in February every year attracting up to 900 entrants annually. Renmark Bikes and Boats also hold a regular ‘Come and Try Day’, at the river near their dealership which allows customers to try before they buy.

Daniel Shawyer from Renmark’s comments on the event, “On-water days allow customer to come in and try out our boats, we have found this strategy very successful in converting leads into sales.”

Renowned for their customer service, product knowledge and competitive prices Renmark Bikes and Boats have seen a 15% increase in retail units sales this year.
